What is the Syllabus & Exam Pattern of UGC NET 2018 Exam?

Coming to the exam pattern for UGC NET 2018 Exam it consists of two different papers (Paper I, II) conducted in two sessions. In order to get eligibility for JRF and Assistant Professor or Assistant Professor candidates need to appear in both papers.

  • UGC NET 2018 Examination will contain multiple choice questions.
  • The exam will contain 2 Papers
  • Paper I would have general aptitude test and Paper-II covers entire syllabus of the subject which is
  • Two marks will be given for each correct answer.
  • There is no negative marking in the UGC NET 2018 Exam
  • Questions will be asked from the topics Reasoning Ability, Comprehension Reading, Mental Ability, and General Awareness.
