Job Description :
1. IT exposure and Hands on experience on call taking role.
2. Good knowledge on all versions of Windows OS, MS Office, Citrix, VPN, Blackberry troubleshooting
3. Manage a team of professionals.
4. Practice Total Contact Ownership and meet the set KPI target.
5. Create and maintain a for increased business, customer service and technical knowledge.
6. Participate and assist in driving the knowledge management process.
7. Resolve escalated customer and vendor issues.
8. Prepare/coordinate the support team for new product/service releases.
Ideal candidate should have:
Full Time/Regular B.E, B.Tech, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc, MCA, Diploma(10+2+3) with more than 50% across the academic and not more than 2 years of gap between education
Experience in handling US customers with good US ascent
Willingness to work in complete night shifts.
