#1. Provides 24×7 L1 Application/Production support in areas of incident management, monitoring and request fulfilment

#2. Monitoring of business transaction via AppDynamics for OIM based applications

#3. Performing Health Check, Maintenance Post-Release activities

#4. Reports, Scorecards RCA

Essential Qualifications

#1. 0-6 months (COA1)/0.5-2 years ( COA2 ) of experience in Application support and troubleshooting, Application maintenance, monitoring and Build/Deployment

#2. Experience in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)

#3. Experience in Oracle/SQL Server queries/reporting

#4. Must have experience in Production/Application Support of Java/J2EE based applications on Unix Platform

#5. Exposure to any of the Middleware/Application Servers WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, Joboss etc

Desired Qualifications

#1. Willing to work in shifts (16×7 models), Flexible working hours.

#2. Experience in Monitoring Tools Splunk, AppDynamics, Introcsope, Nagios etc

#3. Should have Excellent analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills
