Decathlon Business Development Sales Job Description

#1. Build local sports project LSP/commercial policy to make sport accessible to as many sport users as possible

#2. Manage overall Omni-business for the sports

#3. Interact with like-minded sport users and customers to satisfy the users

#4. Choose the product range as per the catchment analysis

#5. Engage in merchandising and stock of the sport territory

#6. Handle the piloting, budgeting, and PnL for the sport (margin, shrinkage)

#7. Practice the sport’s minimum once a week within exceptional seasonal sports

#8. Build a sports community in catchment

#9. Mediate between the user and the country sports leader.

#10. Update the planner including events, workshops, and leaves

#11. Recruit future sports leader with the help of the coach
