Redcentric Solutions Service Desk Engineer Job Profile

#1. Provide Technical Support to Broadband (ADSL) and VOIP related issues.
Strong working knowledge of ADSL and VOIP troubleshooting is preferred.

#2. Proven understanding of troubleshooting Modem, Router, Switch related issues.

#3. Excellent written & oral communication skills, including the ability to solve problems.

#4. ITIL certification preferred.

#5. CCNA certification is an added advantage.

#6. Ability to learn quickly & stay current with new business processes and new technologies.

Skills:

#1. Troubleshooting Connection, Browser, and Modem/Router/Switch related issues.

#2. We should be able to communicate with UK customers over voice and email.

#3. Minimum 1 year previous IT Service Desk or Technical Support (Voice).

#4. Excellent organizational skills.

#5. Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
