#1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards the customer at all times.

#2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

#3. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

#4. Keeping a record of customer interaction, transactions, comments, and complaints.

#5. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

#6. Manage large amounts of incoming calls/emails.

#7. Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

#8. Identify & assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements:

#1. Excellent communication skills(written and spoken).
