Vertex Homes Front Office Executive Job Profile

#1. Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests.

#2. Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints.

#3. Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.

#4. Receive letters, packages and send them to the appropriate destination.

#5. Prepare and manage outgoing mail.

#6. Check, sort, and forward emails.

#7. Monitor office supplies.

#8. Monitor and update records and files.

#9. Attending calls and directing it to the relevant department.

#10. Managing Front Desk Operations.

#11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

#12. Maintenance of inventory registers.

#13. Vendor management, Courier Management, Stationery management.
