Datamark India System Technician Job Description

#1. Must have communication skills

#2. Good Knowledge of Domain, DNS, DHCP, installation, and troubleshooting windows.

#3. Need to check the peripheral working status

#4. You need to provide technical support to both hardware and software issues encountered by our users.

#5. Immediate response and resolve the helpdesk requests.

#6. Able to install and configure the software and other tools.

#7. Quick response to the hardware repairs

#8. AV Handling

#9. review the application logs.

#10. Candidates must perform daily backups, and ensure all the required files and system files are backed up successfully.

Responsibilities

#1. Candidates must be a liaison between newer Tech/Admins and Managers

#2. Using IT Support procedures, provide technical support by gathering and documenting requests.

#3. Must install work stations, peripherals, and software following IT work instructions.

#4. Maintain the ticketing system and ensure that tickets are closed promptly.

#5. We should maintain and develop work instructions for support, maintenance, and installations.

#6. Be actively involved in opportunities to learn new technologies and processes. Be actively involved in improving processes and procedures to improve IT efficiency within the organization
