Written Examination 

Computer Knowledge Test

• Applicants who have qualified in the written exam are going to invite for the Computer Knowledge Test which will be conducted to test candidates’ skills. Clear the written exam with top marks by giving your best. Basically,
• Maximum Marks – 10
• Minimum Qualifying Marks – 5
• Exam Duration is 1 Hr 45 Mins

Shorthand (English) Test

• Shorthand (English Test) at the speed of 100 words per minute
• The time for transcription is 45 minutes
• Maximum mistakes permissible = 5% of the total words dictated

Methods of Grades

• Without mistake = 100 %
• Upto 1% mistake = 90%
• Upto 2% mistakes = 80%
• And Upto 3% mistakes = 70%
• Upto 4% mistakes = 60%
• Upto 5% mistakes = 50%

Typing Speed Test on Computer

• Minimum Speed 40 words per minute (less than 3% mistakes allowed)
• Maximum marks – 10
• And Minimum qualifying marks – 5
• Total Duration- 10 minutes

Interview

• Maximum marks – 25
• Minimum qualifying marks – 15
• Total Duration- 10 minutes
