Day-to-day responsibilities include:

End to End IT Recruitment
Interview scheduling
Calling more than 75+ candidates per day
Interview coordination
Sourcing resumes
MIS reporting
Resume formatting
Extensively Working on MS Excel, So good MS Excel skills will be a huge plus.
Working with senior HR for various HR activities

Required Candidate profile

Any degree in Human resources throughout 60% of academics is needed, or any B.Tech with good knowledge about IT recruitment will also be considered.
Candidate needs to have excellent English communication.
Excellent MS Excel Skills needed.
