• Develops test plans, test labs, and test cases to test the system/application functionality effectively.
• Ensures conformance to overall organizational quality standards and policies.
• Participates in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression and system testing.

• Works collaboratively with development during all stages of all projects to provide in-process testing results.
