Front End Executive Job Description For Tops Technologies

Greeting and attending to inquires & registering using the Software.
Answering and routing incoming calls to relevant departments and cold calling/follow-ups of inquires.
Maintaining attendance of students.
Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire branch.
To manage timely Branchs Cash and cheque deposits.
Should Coordinate with Branch and HO to resolve any grievance raised by students.
Receiving parcels and deliveries; Sending outgoing post and arranging special deliveries when necessary and updating systems
with any purchase/repairing requirement.

Eligibility Details:

Graduate in Any stream having good verbal and written communication.
Basic computer skills; Word, Excel experience preferred and Strong keyboarding skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all level of staff and management.
