EXL Service Recruitment Executive Job Description

Graduation is compulsory ( should not be BE/ B.Tech/ MCA)
Applicant should be Excellent in Communication Skills
Candidate should be OK with night shifts
Should have a typing speed of 30 wpm

Responsibilities

end to end Travel operations in:

Ticketing
Issuance
Re-issuance
Queues Management
SSR
Re-validation
Refunds etc.

Required Qualification

Fresher: with a travel Diploma / Course or Minimum 6 months of experience in the ticketing.
Five days Working
Rotational Shifts (should be comfortable working in Night Shifts)
IATA Diploma would be an added advantage
Basic Travel knowledge is desirable
Knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Apollo & Amadeus)
Comprehensive knowledge of PNR Creation & Interpretation
Good Communication Skills
Good on multitasking & Time management
