• Working closely with business unit heads in closing approved open positions within optimum cost, quality & time.
• Good experience in BPO hiring, people who can manage Volume hiring, daily walk-ins drives.
• We are partnering with existing employees/recruitment portals/campuses/ social media websites for talent acquisition.
• Involvement in the end to end recruitment life cycle in Permanent / Contractual staffing.
• We are preparing JD after a detailed, thorough analysis of the resource requisitions.
• Ensuring SLAs are met for providing the validated profiles & ensuring On-time Delivery for the requirements.
• Posting jobs on different job portals and filtering responses by conducting telephonic and face-to-face interviews to shortlist further.
• In case of a niche profile, mapping the industry and headhunting to reach the right candidate.
• Identify passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources.
