- Drafting of SLP (Special Leave Petition) Write Petition/ Plaint, including preparation of a brief synopsis of a particular case along with points for consideration and the relevant law as applicable.

- Contempt of Court’s Act
- Principles of Interpretation of Statutes.
- Part C consists of 50 Marks
- The subjects like Drafting Written Statement, Affidavits in Opposition and Rejoinder Affidavits and
- Drafting (Sale Deed, Contract Agreement)
