The Government of India had done an initiative program Swacch Bharat Mission on 2nd October. This program is to bring awareness about the sanitation in the rural areas for promoting the cleanliness, hygiene and by eliminating the open defecation and ensuring Swachh Bharat by 2019. Swacch Bharat Mission Group Discussion Analysis:

The officials in the panel will select and allow the marks for the candidates by assessing the performance of the candidate in the Group Discussion. 

Firstly, the officials will focus on some of the points like who is initiating the topic and speaking logically with the new ideas. And also check that whether the candidate has the mind of accepting others ideas. And they also check whether they are coordinating and listening to the others topics politely and have the capability of solving the conflicts arisen while going on the discussion. The candidate should be careful at the time of group discussion going on because if any of one in the group had used abusive words by cross-talking while the others are taking in the group those aspirants will be definitely eliminated and not allow to take the next level of the selection process. By observing all the above skills in the candidate the members of the panel will give the score.

Swacch Bharat Mission (SBM) Interview Pattern:

The candidates who had cleared the Group Discussion will be allowed to take the Interview round. In this phase, the officials will check the knowledge of the candidate by asking the questions on various concepts which are presently happening in the world. The officials will access the candidate’s performance with some attributes such as whether they had clarity on poverty in the local context, development Principals, and Strategies and they are ready to work with poor. In the interview round the officials will also focus on the behavior of the candidate like whether he/ she is showing commitment to work with the Swatch Bharat Mission for the sanitation program. By assessing all these qualities in the candidate the panel member will give the score for their performance.

Swacch Bharat Mission Grading System

For the Group Discussion 40 Marks and for the Interview 60 Marks was predecided by the officials. The contender who scores up to marks in both these rounds will be given grades by the panel members.
