Job Description:

  • People Shared Services (PSS) is a core service line within the GSS-CBS organization, providing multiple HR support services including Workforce Administration (WFA), Recruiting Support, On-boarding support, Mobility Admin.
  • Learning Administration and Performance Management support to Ernst & Young member firms.
  • This function provides service to Country/Sub-Area/Area/Global People Teams, Core Business Services (CBS) teams and employees on HR transactions and associated administration, reporting, data administration, and supporting technology

Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree or above from a commercial, business or HR related discipline.
  • 0-4 years of progressive experience in HR Shared services or Customer Service industry
  • Flexibility of working in shifts including night shifts
  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong business acumen.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal
  • Proficiency with EY standard load set such as Lotus Notes, IE, Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Execute requests received  by using the tools used in EY.
  • Process appropriate work instructions received from the Team Lead
  • Gain subject matter expertise in the CBTS domain over a period of time
  • Run reports from the defined tools
