- Resolving user queries over phone
- Help desk support

- Server Space checking
- Sending Daily checklist
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Handling Call logging/ tickets.
- Answering calls or mailers of users.
- Solve queries through remote access.
- Understand queries and solve the same.
- Should be with good communications skills.
- Should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts.
- Support will be there in Morning, Evening and Night shifts (9 hrs each )on a rotational basis
