Job Description:

  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate should have excellent customer handling and escalation management skills.
  • Candidate should be able to work with people and teams located in different countries.
  • Candidate should be able to manage the service requests of customers through different access channels.
  • Candidate should have knowledge in taking reviews customer feedback related to customer entitlement & case management and analysis of statistics related to customer access over phone & case management.
  • Candidate should have knowledge in monitor the service event through completion for compliance.
  • Candidate should be able to understand and work through complex processes independently to resolve customer issues.
  • Candidate should be responsible for validating customer entitlement, log case for the purpose of routing or dispatching an end-user to the proper resources.
  • Candidate should participates in projects for process or quality improvements.
  • Candidate should be able to Manage multiple tasks or cases simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Candidate should works with escalated customers and recommends actions in post incident reviews.
  • Candidate will be required to handle and answer all requests via all mediums as per the process guidelines.
  • Candidate should have experience in international call center.
  • Candidate should be able to work in rotational shifts.

  • Candidate should have experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.
  • Candidate should be proficient in computer.
  • Candidate should have problem solving ability.
  • Candidate should have experience in data entry.
  • Candidate should have excellent fluency in language to be supported.
