IOCL JEA Selection Process:

IOCL will Shortlist the Applicants based on their Performance in below tests.
  • Written Exam.
  • Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT).
  • IOCL Selection Procedure
Applicants who have applied they will be selected based on the following tests.
  • First, there will be a Written Examination.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Trade Test.
  • Those who have passed the above rounds will be called for Personal Interview.
