Job Description:

  • To attend customers / clients via call Support for consumer segment products. 
  • To understand & elicit customer's issues / concern quickly and help customers in resolving issues by imparting correct information. 
  • Liable to provide best standards of services and ensure the customer should retain and satisfied with the product. 
  • To encounter basic queries and to provide trouble - shooting steps. 
  • Seek for an assistance / help from superiors in case of intricate 
  • issues / Problems of end users to meet the requirement in minimal time. 
  • Responsible for achieving Quarterly & Yearly Targets.
  • To educate customers about effective usage of Quick Heal Products.
  • Employee should possess customer centric approach / attitude. 
  • Should be alert to notify in case of contingent instances and should report instantaneously to seniors. 
  • Adhere customer service standards / protocols and should perform the role of a cupid between customers & Development Team. 
  • To foster company's policy and code of conducts regularly.
  • Besides above, Company may assign you any additional responsibilities if required
