Skills Required:
- Freshers / experienced BE / MCA / BCA graduates
- Excellent communication skills, willing to work in a 24*7 environment.
- Basic knowledge of Trouble shooting
- Good Knowledge on Operating systems, Hardware, Networking and MS Applications.
- Multi-tasking and co-ordination skills
- Team Player
- Well versed with Technology (understanding of networks, monitoring, AD, Windows)
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite( word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Show willingness to learn new technologies
- Preference for candidates from corporate environment with ITIL, SLA
- Excellent judgement skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions
- CCNA certification would be an added advantage
